The history of the Pschorr is deeply rooted in the fascinating history of the Schrannenhalle. From its early days as a grain hall in the 19th century to the significant reconstruction in 2003 – every corner of this place breathes tradition. Jürgen Lochbihler, passionate host and owner, began as a consultant for the overall concept of the Schrannenhalle and eventually took over the newly created pub. With his roots in agriculture, he not only brought regionality and traditional values to Pschorr, but also a deep understanding of animal welfare and local craftsmanship.
The furnishings in the Pschorr were also designed with loving dedication. This reflects Bavarian comfort paired with modern flair. Every element has been carefully selected – from the robust wood paneling to the creaky wooden floor that retains its character. The handcrafted solid wood tables in various shapes – round, square, rectangular – give the room life and a warm atmosphere. The benches are more than just seats; they are part of our identity and give the pub stability and permanence. In this way, tradition and modernity are combined here, allowing us to live on not only today, but also in 100 years’ time

Experience traditional delicacies reinterpreted – our range reflects the roots and diversity of Bavarian cuisine. Good taste doesn’t start in the kitchen, but much earlier. Good food is created when our local partner farmers put their heart and soul into their daily work. They are people with character, who reflect on agricultural traditions. Respect for nature and peaceful coexistence between animals and humans. We try to take this into account on our menu, because we believe that the people who produce our food are something special.
