MURNAU-WERDENFELSER CATTLE
A culinary heritage of the alps. Our rare local breed of cattle enjoy a leisurely period of growth. They feed on grasses and hay growing on local pastures and are carefully bred to protect their ancient genetic heritage. Combined, all these factors help us to create a truly Bavarian meat that is short-fibred and well-marbled to assure tenderness an extraordinary beefy flavour.
